Merchant delivery QR

Put a Payload QR on your counter and let customers book delivery before they leave.

Each QR can identify the store and location. Customers enter the item, delivery address, schedule preference, and driver notes, then get a live price and payment link.

Customer scan flow

  1. 1. Store is prefilled. The QR carries merchant, location, source, and campaign context.
  2. 2. Customer adds the item. They can paste the product URL, name the item, or use a UPC when available.
  3. 3. Address and schedule are captured. Payload validates the dropoff and stores driver instructions.
  4. 4. Price and ETA appear. The quote accounts for route distance and current driver capacity.
  5. 5. Payment starts immediately. The customer can pay now or use a hosted payment link.

Merchant setup checklist

Create account: business name, contact, and storefront slug.

Add locations: every store gets an address-backed QR.

Print QR materials: counter, flyer, pamphlet, window, and website variants are generated.

Watch the queue: scans, quotes, payment links, and jobs show in the admin and merchant views.
